Cardholder must be aware that multiple bookings may result multiple postings on credit card.<\/li>\n<li>All tours are subject to availability.<\/li>\n<li>All tours are conducted in English and French.<\/li>\n<li>All rates include pick up and drop off and pickup point should be in any Hotels or malls and will be subject to confirmation by Ambiance Tours if it is suitable as pick up location.<\/li>\n<li>All children are under their parent\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Pregnant Ladies and other people with heart problems and other sensitive ailments will undertake any tours at their own responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Quad bike and Dune Buggy: Before starting quad bike or dune buggy guest should sign the disclaimer form, the form will be provided by us. Ambiance Tours will not be responsible for any Quad Bike Accident and nor will be covered by any Insurance except by the guest itself.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking and alcohol consumption or carrying is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Any increase in fuel prices, government taxes will reflect immediately on this proposal in term of affix rates.<\/li>\n<li>All tours and excursions pickup location should be Hotels or any other places chosen by the guest.<\/li>\n<li>We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at its sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.<\/li>\n<li>Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in hotel rates, or transport expenses.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5 page-content\"><h4>Methods of Payment<\/h4>\n<p>We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit\/debit card in Mauritius (or any other agreed currency). Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be showed as a charge on your statement.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6 page-content\"><h4>Confirmation of Payment<\/h4>\n<p>Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can be produced as an evidence of payment to the company to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you\u00b4ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7 page-content\"><h3>Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<h4>Cancellation<\/h4>\n<p>The following conditions may apply in the event of any cancellation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If trip cancelled \/ amended 48 hrs and certain 72 hrs prior to the tour date, no cancellation charges will be applicable.<\/li>\n<li>If trip cancelled \/ amended within 24 to 48 hrs or 72 hrs prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.<\/li>\n<li>If trip cancelled \/ amended 24 hrs. prior to the tour date, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.<\/li>\n<li>If the payment is done by credit card online then there will be a charge of 5% (online service charge) for refunding the money back.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>No Show<\/h4>\n<p>If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours or activities, car &amp; Scooter-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.<\/p>\n<h4>Refund Policy<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cRefunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>If the payment is done by credit card online then there will be a charge of 5% (online service charge) for refunding the money back.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8 page-content\"><h4>Cancellation Procedures<\/h4>\n<p>Prior to making cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Ambiance Tours in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we\u00b4ll let you know through e-mail, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Ambiance Tours cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9 page-content\"><h4>Itinerary Amendments<\/h4>\n<p>Routing and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local \/ weather conditions and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Ambiance Tours reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of \u201cforce majeur\u201d, such as flood and earth quake.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10 page-content\"><h4>Travel Insurance<\/h4>\n<p>Ambiance Tours shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveler should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11 page-content\"><h4>Travel Documents<\/h4>\n<p>It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers \u2013 irrespective of their nationality \u2013 are advised to check with their respective country\u00b4s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here.
