All our fleet of vehicles come alongside a coverage cover which include the following (with a deductible or excess which varies from EUR 300 to 800 EUR subject to the type of vehicle):

• All Insurance Cover as per insurance terms and regulations
• Damage Waiver in case of collision
• Theft protection
• In the occasion that the damage fees are much less than the above stated extra amount, we shall settle agreement with the client to proceed with the settlement as per terms and conditions

The emergency number in Mauritius is 999 for police and ambulances or 112 for police and ambulances, 114 for the fire brigade.

All rental cars should have an emergency number on a sticker on the windshield that you should call in case of difficulty. If you are traveling in a private car, use a local repair shop or contact the police if your car poses a danger to others.

You should call emergency medical services if you are involved in an accident, but only if you are seriously injured or damaged. Whilst waiting for the police, if possible, take photos of the scene of the accident and if you can leave the cars in position. It is recommended that you do this without endangering others.

• Personal belongings loss or theft
• Trespassing red light
• Speeding
• Drunken driving
• Loss of keys
• Accident involving gross misconduct i.e no seat belt, telephone while driving
• Gross negligence of the driver or passenger
